General return info
Due to the type of merchandise and health/hygiene restrictions our products cannot be returned or exchanged. We apologize for the inconvenience it may cause. However, we would not want to take responsibility for deciding whether an item has been worn/tried on or not. Furthermore, we would not want our customers to get an item that has been worn by somebody and returned to us as “new and unopened.” Therefore, non of our pantyhose, stockings (thigh-highs), tights, socks and leggings can be returned. We wouldn’t want to resell returned “new” items or charge you a restocking fee that would be 50% of the item cost plus the return shipping rate. It makes no sense for us and for you, our customers, when hosiery products prices range from $4.00 to $24.99.
All hosiery products have height/weight charts in both inches and centimeters that help you decide which size you should be getting based on your body measurements. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the type, size, color, style of any listed product. Refused or undeliverable packages
We are not responsible for any returned goods that were not delivered due to a package refusal, insufficient address information, or unsuccessful multiple delivery attempts. We are also not responsible for the shipping and return shipping costs for these goods. Store credit or refund will be issued in the form of the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages less the shipping charges and any other charges that may apply (restocking fee, postal carrier fees, etc.).
